for Senior PLM Analyst. Candidate shall be required to work under the supervision of the Project Manager and assist with key strategic PLM projects including installing and configuring PTC software, customization, UI development, testing, debugging, data migration and deployment support to project team members. Develop, quantify, and document business benefits related to process improvement initiatives. Translate process improvement initiatives into systems requirements. Develop key performance indicators (KPI's) to help monitor the process and determine potential process and/or systems modifications needed. Participates as a member of technical implementation teams in analyzing requirements and contributes to the design of PTC Solutions intended to address complex customer requirements. Ensure that quality software engineering processes and/or methodologies are followed. Participate in the technical development phases of implementation projects. Develop account-winning

The analyst in this
position will design,and support video and audio decoder
firmware running in Tier 1 customers' Set-top boxes and
Blu-Ray players in millions of living rooms worldwide.
This Systems Analyst should have verygood knowledge of
the Bluray, DVD, MPEG-2, MPEG-4 part 2 (Divx), MPEG-4
part 10 (H.264), VC-1 (WM-9), AAC, AC3, DTS and mpeg
audio standards as well as state-of-the-art
demultiplexing, PVR and error recovery technologies.
These products will be embedded into
large-volume consumer electronic devices, therefore code
quality, robustness, and performance are super critical.
Also, you will be responsible for code reviews, creating
unit tests, and authoring detailed documentation related
to your contributions.
Requirements:
A minimum of
3+ years in Real-time multi-threaded C++ Linux software.
Experience in
vxWorks and QNX is a plus.
Expert in MPEG-2, MPEG-4
part 2 (Divx), MPEG-4 part 10 (H.264),VC-1 (WM-9), AAC,
AC3 and DTS technology.
Must have experience with
Digital TV technologies (MPEG, DVB, ATSC, OCAP, DSMCC or
Middleware stack).
Strong understanding of Linux OS, its internals and
Device Driver development.
Strong Hands-on experience
with small foot-print Linux kernel and root file system.
Working experience
with System-on-Chip platforms such as ARM/MIPS.
