Sales Engineer
Acnovate is actively seeking a technically-oriented sales engineering professional who is well versed in pre-sales support by utilizing proven software / custom solutions and consultative selling methodologies and skill sets. Ideal applicant must possess a complete understanding of the business drivers related to IT solutions / Software services and be proficient in uncovering needs, responding to RFPs, facilitating proof of concept trials and making technical sales presentations.
Specific Job duties would include:
Develop account-winning strategies and to provide needed sales support to successfully close business.
Actively contribute to account strategy definition and review.
Pro-active prospecting via cold calls, emails, industry conferences as primary sales channels.
Research and understand the needs of the customer and define the overall technical and business solution.
Work with internal technical resources to prepare and deliver compelling demonstrations and presentations.

Job Description:
Collect information to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems.

The analyst in this position will design,and support video and audio decoder firmware running in Tier 1 customers' Set-top boxes and Blu-Ray players in millions of living rooms worldwide. This Systems Analyst should have verygood knowledge of the Bluray, DVD, MPEG-2, MPEG-4 part 2 (Divx), MPEG-4 part 10 (H.264), VC-1 (WM-9), AAC, AC3, DTS and mpeg audio standards as well as state-of-the-art demultiplexing, PVR and error recovery technologies.
These products will be embedded into large-volume consumer electronic devices, therefore code quality, robustness, and performance are
super critical. Also, you will be responsible for code reviews, creating unit tests, and authoring detailed documentation related to your contributions.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3+ years in Real-time multi-threaded C++ Linux software.
Experience in vxWorks and QNX is a plus.
Expert in MPEG-2, MPEG-4 part 2 (Divx), MPEG-4 part 10 (H.264),VC-1 (WM-9), AAC, AC3 and DTS technology.
Must have experience with Digital TV technologies (MPEG, DVB, ATSC, OCAP, DSMCC or
Middleware stack).
Strong understanding of Linux OS, its internals and Device Driver development.

Job Description:
This role manages the strategic direction of the global business plan for all Clinical Research, Trials and Information Technology product /service lines for Life Science and Pharma industries. The objective is for a clear implementable plan for success to differentiate Acnovate clinical Services with market leading features and functionality, targeting Large CRO, Biotech, Pharmaceutical and clinical trials organizations. The successful candidate will evaluate and optimize the strategic options to grow the business to be an enabler of Services as well as create a sustainable business operation. This individual will have demonstrated previous success of business startup / turn-around, project and product teams and commercialization launches. A proven track record of creating and successfully implementing pricing and value capture business models in the Pharmaceutical, CRO and/ or Clinical trial market segment is required. In support of a sales and marketing plan, the individual must be able to develop product training programs and objectives for customers, internal support staff, field service and sales teams from presale through post sales activities. In addition, this role oversees all marketing functions including research, communications, marketing processes, product marketing, and marketing support; provides direction for product positioning, pricing strategies, product commercialization and launch strategies; market research and product obsolescence planning; and participates in business development negotiations and due diligence for potential acquisitions and partnerships.

System Analyst (E-Discovery Processing)
This position shall assist in setting up E-Discovery platform, and performing E-Discovery Processing service for our end client, which involves filtering, de-duplication, culling and analysis. The position requires good understanding of early case analysis tools and be able to make the best use of the automation capabilities such as batch coding, tagging, culling and indexing. Highly disciplined work processes are required with maintenance of detailed documentation and log of all activities. Ability to prepare time and cost estimates for new projects and develop required system setup and configurations will be required. Basic understanding of Federal Rules and EDRM work processes will be required.
Job Qualifications:
BA/ BS in Computer Science or related field.
Deployment, configuration and administration experience with Windows XP, and Windows 2003/ 2008 Server, and basic Linux administration.
Basic MS SQL Query Analyzer, MS Access, MS Excel skills.
Experience in fast-paced production environments working under deadlines.
Ability to work with many different file and data types.
